Unglazed Porcelain Cup - Plum Blossom
This unglazed porcelain cup is approximately 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches and holds at least 4 ounces (approximately 110 mL). The cup is hand-painted and hand-made in the Dehua County of the Fujian Province, an area world-renowned for its porcelain ware.
With unglazed porcelain ware, please do not clean in the dishwasher, and please use soap sparingly to clean (the unglazed porcelain is porous and the soap can soak into the porcelainware over time, possibly effecting the flavor of whatever beverage is consumed out of the vessel). If you do use soap to clean the cup, please make sure you rinse the cup well afterwards. The best means of sanitizing the cup is to pour boiling water in and over it.
