Harvested from the elegant Mei Zhan cultivar, which is normally used to make the Oriental Beauty Wu-Long Tea, Shang applied our green tea processing style with an outstanding result. Tender buds from Da Bai and Da Hao cultivars are grown at the top of Tai Mu Mountain. The top leaf of the plant is hand picked. After being carefully harvested, the buds and leaves are air-dried in the fresh mountain sunshine, creating a rounded and mellow cup of super high grade white tea.
