This tea could potentially be the best white tea that we have had the opportunity to harvest. This cake is comprised of 100% wild grown white tea leaves from trees that grow on Tai Mu Mountain, or White Tea Mountain. The leaves were hand picked and sun dried under very close attention, then after aging and oxidizing to the perfect point, they were lightly steamed and pressed into a tea cake.
