White Tea Chai
Ingredients: Organic loose leaf white tea leaves with organic freshly-ground and hand-blended cinnamon, ginger, cardamon, fennel, peppercorn, clove, star anise, cumin, and ginseng; wild grown bay leaves.

Our White Tea Chai is made up of organic spices that are ground in-house, along with our organic white tea leaves (which have been oxidized and fermented into red tea, which is like black tea) and wild grown bay leaves. The spices are nutritious and warming for the body, but also add another layer of flavor complexity when paired with the tea leaves. This chai is smoother and milder with a more balanced flavor than the chai that we tend to encounter in the US, and our chai also doesn’t have any sugar or dairy. Each package of chai contains ten bags of tea, which can be brewed three to four times on average, yielding approximately thirty to forty cups of tea per package.
