As opposed to the pan-fried drying technique of green tea, white tea is
allowed to dry on its own. Silver Needle is dried on bamboo sheets on the
top of Tai Mu Mountain

nearby the ocean valley
This Silver Needle is grown on a 50-60 acre tea farm, which is quite large
compared to the farms where our other teas are grown
