White Peony King

Brew with 195-210 degree F / 90-97 degree C water

Use 1 heaping tablespoon (3-4g) of tea per cup of water

Brew 1-2 minutes

If prefer stronger flavor, brew 3-5 minutes or longer

"Every time that I go to our tea field on Tai Mu Mountain, it takes a long time to get to the field because it is such a secluded area and does not have a direct road. After a long car ride up the mountain, then has to walk almost 30 minutes on a tiny path to get to the tea field. In addition to growing tea on Tai Mu Mountain, they also grow herbs that Chinese doctors come and pick to use in herbal medicine. I see these herbs on my trek to the tea field and i like the smell."
