White Tea

Contrary to popular belief, white tea leaves are not harvested from the same plant as green tea leaves. Like apples trees, different tea plants produce widely different tea varieties.

Our white tea is grown organically and processed on Shang's partner's award winning tea farm. Drying the tea leaves in the high mountain sunshine, the teas then are lightly toasted in a dry oven for exceptional flavor and quality.
