Did you know that the Chinese festival of Qingming (Pronounced
Ching ming) is celebrated in early April? This festival, also referred
to as Ancestors Day, is a day to celebrate and honor ancestors at
their grave sites. Family members sweep their ancestors tombs and offer
gifts of tea, wine, food, etc to them.
This is also a day to spend with family enjoying the green outside,
singing, dancing, and perhaps preparing the fields for new crop.
